Inspecting and Restocking

Carry out a thorough inspection of the entire property to identify any damage, maintenance issues or items that need attention. Check the inventory of items such as crockery, towels, and toiletries to ensure they are in sufficient supply for the next guests.

Vacuuming and Floor Care

Vacuum or sweep all floors, including carpets and rugs, to remove dust, dirt and debris. Mop hard floors with appropriate cleaning solutions to achieve a clean and polished appearance.

Rubbish Disposal

Empty and clean all bins and dispose of waste properly. Replace rubbish bags and ensure recycling procedures are followed where applicable.

Final Touches

Once the cleaning is complete, carry out final touches, such as arranging furniture, fluffing pillows, and ensuring the property’s overall presentation is welcoming and aesthetically pleasing.  Photograph each room and upload to an App.
