I don't often post reviews but it is hard to find really good cleaners, so I am very happy to recommend this company. I have used Holiday Property Service at my apartment for 12 months. The staff are extremely professional, honest and reliable. Sebastian organizes everything for me. He is so prompt with any communication and works hard to accommodate changes. The cleaning staff are carefully selected. They are reliable and thorough and ensure that you are satisfied before they leave. We stayed in Bilinga and the unit was immaculate upon arrival. I really noticed the attention to detail and additional cleaning products, such as extra dishwasher tabs and sponges. If I had a property I would hope it was presented this beautifully for customers.

I have used HPS on numerous occasions and would not go anywhere else now. They have been amazing, have fitted me in at last minute requests and moved dates around to assist when we were moving, even bringing in extra help to get the job done. Everyone is just lovely and so helpful, my house is always sparkling and I never had to worry about them. I’ve used them for Airbnb and generalCleaning. We had an emergency where our regular cleaner was unable to complete a clean and we had a new guest checking in within 3 hours!!Holiday Property Service to the rescue!!After frantically trying to find a new cleaner, Sebastian was the first (and only) to respond positively and was genuinely trying to help us out on such short notice!I was also very satisfied with the clean and overall service and will be using them again :)Thank you very much!!

They are reliable, very fast responders, the cleaning job is outstanding, thorough and as a result I have been able to maintain a high rating from those staying at the property. They provided great cleaning and linen service for my two air bnb properties on the Gold Coast for over five years . Their service was excellent - i was particularly impressed with their responsiveness and organisation - it meant I didn’t ever have to worry about whether the cleaner was coming -it all happens like clockwork. The only reason I stopped using their services was because I decided to long term rent my properties - if I return to the short term rental market I will definitely use them again . Highly recommended .
