We have been using Holiday Property Services for our Airbnb. All the staff have been amazing to deal with and nothing during our time has been a problem. There have been a few times we have had last minute cancellations and bookings and have easily accommodated us. When ever we have had back to back bookings the team have come in and completed the clean between guests and always been earlier than our 3.00pm check in time. The systems they provide means we can always get in touch with someone right away if we need to. We always know what time that day our apartment was going to be cleaned . We were always sent photos and videos after every clean and are told if anything needed extra attention. I would recommend Holiday property Services to any one needing a cleaner for their Airbnb.
Unbelievably helpful, responsive, goes above and beyond and service and systems in place work very well. I’d definitely use again and recommend. Especially their main contact Sebastian! If only all companies had a “Sebastian” helping manage services.

We stayed in Bilinga and the unit was immaculate upon arrival. I really noticed the attention to detail and additional cleaning products, such as extra dishwasher tabs and sponges. If I had a property I would hope it was presented this beautifully for customers.

I have used HPS on numerous occasions and would not go anywhere else now. They have been amazing, have fitted me in at last minute requests and moved dates around to assist when we were moving, even bringing in extra help to get the job done. They provided great cleaning and linen service for my two air bnb properties on the Gold Coast for over five years . Their service was excellent - i was particularly impressed with their responsiveness and organisation - it meant I didn’t ever have to worry about whether the cleaner was coming -it all happens like clockwork. The only reason I stopped using their services was because I decided to long term rent my properties - if I return to the short term rental market I will definitely use them again .
